Yeah, I'm kinda torn on this show ... because I do think the first two seasons are pretty good (it didn't really get its hooks into me until the middle of season one, but once it did, it really did) and then it takes a precipitous plunge into a whole world of WTF and OH JOHN RINGO NO.
