Honestly I think these two would be a complete non-issue on every level because both of them seem to have exactly zero considerations about where they sleep or who they fall asleep around, provided they more-or-less trust that person, and they're both capable of falling asleep at the drop of a hat pretty much anywhere. G'Kar literally shows up on the command deck of B5 in one episode with his bedroll and is just like "I'll be sleeping here against the wall, don't mind me" because his quarters are temporarily uninhabitable. (He could have gone literally anywhere else! There MUST be uninhabited quarters on the station, he could have crashed with a Narn or one of his human friends, or slept in like, a lounge or something like a normal person, BUT NO.) Meanwhile Biggles sleeps on his plane, on the ground, in a variety of incredibly random locations with whoever his allies-of-the-moment happen to be, etc.
So I don't know that any sort of negotiation would need to take place here, beyond "I'll be sleeping on this side" or just turning around to find out the other one has already picked a side of the bed and is asleep on it.
