Seeing them together and genuinely happy and easy in each other’s company is so lovely! Erich’s first instinct to still tense up when his failings (as he sees them) are mentioned, and then being utterly disarmed when he realises how much care Biggles is showing <3 And oh, Erich’s thought about how he could have had that all those years! T__T and he could never have imagined it, but Biggles must have dared to. Biggles being open also gives Erich the space to acknowledge, in front of Biggles, that yes, his leg aches, and yes, he can and should do something in the immediate term (even if longer term is still tbc) <3

And I love that Fritz is going to be a flying doctor!
