It would be just like EvS to have sneakity access to enough intel reports to pick up on the error regarding his own demise, and then to inform his best adversary of the truth of the matter. I mean, how else would Biggles know the mistakenly-listed sixth casualty wasn't someone else? Or were there further details to the note that Algy didn't include?
