this review was so interesting to read, as someone who was so frustrated by Cerulean Sea that I assumed nothing written by Klune would ever work for me! I still don't think that this one is quite the book for me, as it's just not in a subgenre I have a lot of interest in, but it's heartening to know that Klune isn't a writer I should just write off completely.
