1. I finished Turn: Washington's Spies earlier in the week. There were aspects of the show I continued not to be on board with, but on the whole I really enjoyed it. The extreme one-sidedness of the early episodes gets a lot better later on, there's some great twisty spy stuff, and I'm still having thoughts about some of the character arcs. sovay is currently watching it and I don't want to spoil. (One thing I do have to say, though: petition to cast Burn Gorman as the romantic lead in some sort of period drama, because I think this show proves that he could totally pull it off.)
