Tip for those with pets, especially folks who have no other humans in the house: If you suddenly start taking teleconferences from home, your pet may get jealous upon realizing you're paying attention to someone Not Them. They may express this jealousy by incessantly meowing/barking, trying to knock over your equipment, or fighting with one another. (I don't have a solution for that, mind; just wanted folks to be forewarned.)

I find that I get tons more done at work if it's something I want to do, and tons less done if it's something I don't want to do. I'm a fiend at fixing bugs when working from home, with few coworker distractions; I am ... less good ... at writing new functionality when working from home, with so many personal distractions available.
