The whole "Vlad can't come back to Adrilankha or the Jhereg will kill him" was a plot that went on for WAY longer than I expected. I like how it resolved (well, hopefully it's more-or-less resolved) so I'm hoping the next book will move the series into the endgame.

The foreshadowing is just brilliant. I'm waiting for your post on that and Dragaerans to comment on it.
