I've just finished watching and it was hilarious . I'd managed to avoid 99% of spoilers apart from one daft, unapologetic bint on a comm who asked for AU episodes recs because 6.15 was a AU ep.
it was pretty clever -- kudos to Misha playing Castiel the first time that the boys found him. There he was as Castiel, but it was still obvious that it was a character. I was laughing so much when Sam and Dean were trying to act and Misha was get so frustrated after take after take. The in-jokes were fast and furious: Sera getting peeved because no one knows who she is; j2 references; JP getting paid more because he’s the star; Jared Pad-PAdda- Padadda-what?; no one watches the series; Season 6 and all the eyerolls.
I actually yelled out loud when Misha got killed. *facepalm*
Interesting that there’s no magic in ‘this’ universe, no heaven or hell or God. I’m looking forward to the fanfic.
Also interesting, we got nothing about Jensen Ackles, no mention of getting married, no sight of his 'possible' digs et cetera. I understand he's pretty private.
