Time to break out the Halloween and fall icons

auexchange released this past week, and I got the BEST GIFT.

Steel (Torchwood, 20K, mostly gen w/some various pairings, Owen & Ianto focus)
IT'S 20K(!!!) and it's SO GOOD. Set in late season two of the canon timeline, they're stuck dimension-hopping between different alternate versions of their world, trying to get back home - one where they're dragon riders, one where they have psychic wolves, etc. There's hurt/comfort and lots of character insights and it's just really, really excellent.


Currently running exchanges and stuff

- trickortreatex signups are open! Fic or art, low minimums (300 wds or a nice sketch), spooky/Halloweeny canons and fills are entirely welcome, but not required. I need to go get my signup done for this.

- shipoween signups are also open! This is similar to Trick or Treat (same minimums, basically the same exchange timeline) except it matches on ships instead of individual characters. I'm ... probably doing this one? Still deciding.

- spook_me is running again - this is a non-exchange fest where you sign up with a fandom and a monster/creature from the list, and then get some images emailed to you for inspiration. No penalties for not completing anything; you can try again next year. I've been doing this since the first year it ran and always enjoy myself, even if I don't always get something written for it.
