Hee, I've been liking this whole season, but yup, I especially enjoyed this ep! McGee was great, he was the right person to send in and he handled himself so well, and the team all worrying about him was wonderful. Gibbs has such confidence in Tim, even if he doesn't show it, and Abby is such a wonderful worrier (and hugger), and Ziva's offer, aww!

As far as feeling like McGee's been disrespected the last couple seasons - hmm, I wonder if that's just the show as a whole is less serious these days? Because I've never gotten that impression, though I have had moments myself of thinking that Tony's not been shown to the best advantage...so I wonder if it's just they're all played more for laughs now. I don't feel that McGee is the "team joke" these days any more than Tony is - Tim gets more of the physical falling-down humor, but he also gets a lot of chances to show up Tony and point out how idiotic he is (which I really enjoy; their banter is equal now, rather than just Tony picking on Tim...)

That being said, I certainly wouldn't say no to a bit more Tim-focused h/c ^^ (...or anyone-focused h/c; NCIS does some nice emotional stuff, but sometimes a gal just wants to see her chars get beat on!)
