!!! This is an element in The Defenders, except since it's an ensemble show they don't go into it in a huge amount of detail, so I wasn't sure how it played out in s1 of Iron Fist. And that does sound super interesting and intense and right up my alley--opposing sides is one of my favorite romantic tropes (and one that the Marvel shows seems to love a lot, not that I mind!). I'll definitely have to give s1 another try now.
